We Care For The Community

Chiaramonte Construction Company is devoted to reaching out to the Washington, DC community. We actively look for ways that we can give back to the community that has given us so much. In 2007 we volunteered to assist the Darmstadt University (Germany) team put their solar house together on the Mall. In this contest, the Darmstadt team was declared the 2007 first place winner.

Additionally, Chiaramonte acted as a key sponsor for the Village of Hope Gala, a benefit for the N Street Village, Inc., a non-profit social services community founded to provide services for the homeless and extremely low-income women as they move to stable housing and maximum self sufficiency. Chiaramonte also was a key sponsor of the Builder’s Ball, a fundraiser three local charities and the Washington Architectural Foundation.

The Children of Mine Youth Center, Inc. is a volunteer-based after school program that aims to help underprivileged youth all around the Washington, D.C. area by providing them with food, clothing, and shelter. Four days per week, from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the Children of Mine Youth Center serves as a safe place for children to play and learn. In addition to helping Washington, D.C.’s youth, the Children of Mine Youth Center also assists the homeless every third Saturday of the month by providing food, clothing, and haircuts to those in need. The Chiaramonte Construction Company is proud to sponsor the Children of Mine Youth Center’s noble cause. We provide financial support to the organization, as well as provide manpower to various cleanup efforts sponsored by the Youth Center.
